Shipping Rate

We ship worldwide and to all international destinations. All orders shipped are sent via Canada Post/Chitchat/DHL. Please contact if you have any shipping inquiries. 

* Multiple orders from the same drop will be combined into one package to reduce the carbon footprint and increase efficiency, and the shipping fees will be combined. Any excess fees will be refunded as store credit

Shipping within Canada: 

  1. Expedited Parcel™: 15 USD for 2-8 days of trackable Shipping, free shipping over $200.00 USD 

  2. Xpresspost™: $28 USD for 2 days of trackable Shipping within Canada.

Shipping to the USA: 

  1. USPS:  $15.00 USD flat rate through USPS, with free shipping over 200.00 USD.

  2. DHL:    $35 USD 2-3 business day shipping rate.

Shipping to Europe:

  1. Economy Shipping w/tracking: $18-25 USD for 15-30 Business days with tracking, free shipping over $200.00 USD 

  2. Standard Shipping: $30-40.00 USD for 2-3 weeks of Shipping with tracking through the local carrier

  3. DHL:  7 Business day Shipping is available from $45-50 USD.

Shipping to the rest of the world: 

    1. Economy Shipping w/tracking: $18-$35 USD for 15-30 Business days with tracking. 

   2. DHL:  7 Business day Shipping is available from $90 USD.

Shipping Policy

  1. We cannot guarantee delivery times, however, you should receive your delivery within 5-10 working days from the shipment date within North America. International delivery times vary between 6 – 30 business days depending on your location.

  2. See the lost, stolen and damaged item policy below in policies See Change order, Refunds and Returns #2,#3,#4.

  3. The buyer agrees that they are responsible for any duty, taxes, and expenses associated with importing products purchased from us when shipping internationally. All taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, these fees are not included in the shipping costs. 

  4. Processing time for all standard ready-to-ship orders is approximately 2-5 business days unless stated otherwise in the product description.

  5. Mao Projects is not responsible for delays caused by customs. Shipping times may exceed the estimate due to factors outside of our control.  

  6. If a package is lost or stolen in shipment a claim needs to be filed with the shipping service provider used. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package.

Change order, Refunds and Returns



  1. Mao Projects is a small, independent business,  all orders placed will be a final sale. We cannot accommodate returns, refunds, or cancellations after the work is shipped. Thank you for understanding. 

  2. If you want to changeorder after placing it. You can email us immediately, we can usually edit your order in time before shipping it out.

  3. If there is a defect or problem with your order please contact us within 5 business days with photos and we will be happy to assist you.

  4. If you receive a broken or cracked item, please email us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement for you and initiate a claim with the carrier. Kindly provide photos of both the damaged item and the box it came in (both inside and outside photos). In most cases, the carrier may take up to 6 weeks to process the claim. To improve our service, we offer the following options:

  • If the item is reproducible, you have the option to receive a replacement, which usually takes 4-6 weeks during the manufacturing process.

  • Alternatively, you can choose a similar item from our store, and we will match the price.

  • We also provide the option to receive store credit for your future purchases.

Please be aware that you may be responsible for any duties or taxes associated with the replacement
